Business Management Assessment & Improvement Plan Workshop
- An initial Kick-Off Meeting allows the client to explain their
business mission, vision & values, organization, processes, and finally
what seems to be holding the organization back. Mr. Kingsbury will use
the kickoff session and as needed, additional meetings to develop a
Management Improvement Plan to help the organization move forward.

Mission, Vision and Values Development
- A collective management meeting to specifically refine or define the
organization’s valuable Mission it fulfills, the Vision for the future
of the organization, and the Values by which business will be conducted
internally and externally.
Strategic Planning
- A management workshop that will focus on the Mission and Vision
creating the plan necessary to move the organization from its current
state towards the Vision with positive change and incremental,
nondisruptive improvements. The result will be a Strategic Plan laying
out date driven milestones and management responsibilities to meet the
plan. Also outlined will be what resources are needed to be successful.
Change Management
- Organizations need to constantly improve processes and incorporate
innovations in terms of technologies that are often new and perceived
threatening to the workforce. The KEI team has experience in preparing
an organization for the positive changes needed. By building a trusting
relationship, increasing awareness of what the change will mean, how it
will take form for each team and each individual will help the
organization move forward together.
Organization Roles, Responsibilities, Accountability &
Communication Workshop
- This workshop will review the organizational chart to ensure a
structure for growth. It is crucial that all positions have defined
roles, responsibilities and clear methods of accountability.
- This workshop includes a review the methods of communication both
internally to personnel and externally to key accounts.
- Most organizations are not as effective as they could be due to poor
communication. Most every problem that plagues an organization has some
root of the issue hidden within a communication problem. This workshop
will uncover if there are communication problems and suggest mechanisms
to create communication that is open, honest going forward. The result
of this workshop will lay the groundwork for the organizational culture
to embrace effective communication.
Discovering, Hiring and Growing Top Performers
- The best veteran executives know that to grow an organization requires
top notch personnel in key positions and throughout the organization.
Continually seeking and growing the best should be a the highest
priority of executive management. But it’s not an easy task.
- This workshop will focus on:
o Identifying an organization’s preparedness to grow top
performers
o Discovering who are the top performers

o How to continually motivate and grow top performers for the

Product Financial Assessment and ROI Workshop
- This workshop will help management asset whether or not a proper
Return On Investment (ROI) is being achieved by a particular product
line. - Capturing the costs and revenues associated with a particular
product line or a business unit will present management with the proper
information to make the rights decisions for growth.
Three Part Workshop - Product Focus, Marketing Positioning, Sales
Closing Workshop
Part 1 - Product Competitive Planning
o A workshop to help the organization understand the precise
value of their offerings. Quite often a company is so familiar
with it’s offerings, one or more of the real valuable aspects of
the offering are not promoted or misrepresented to the client.
Find the real value and promote it above all competitors.
Part 2 - Market Positioning and Campaign
o A workshop to create the marketing messages that explain
the unique value of the offering. Current marketing techniques
will be assessed and new methods reviewed that might also be
employed to drive out highly qualified leads.
Part 3 - Sales Techniques Training
o A training workshop focused on the best practices for sales
professionals using the organization’s actual product line. Does
your sales team understand a prospective profile that you will
win 90% of the time? Are your sales professionals calling on the
decision maker? Are you linking the value of your offerings to
the needs (pains) of the prospect? Do you understand the
prospect purchasing process better than the prospect to help
close the sell? Are you prepared to walk away? All these aspects
will be reviewed to ensure your sales team is best equipped to
grow sales.
- This workshop series should include representatives from
product development, marketing and sales to ensure each group is
represented in the Product Positioning. This workshop also forces

- This workshop will focus on the processes that the organization
uses to manufacture, delivery, and support the organization’s
offerings. If an organization does not deliver its product or
services as a great experience for the client, future sales will be
more difficult and costly. Every aspect that ‘touches’ a customer
will be reviewed and potentially improved to ensure the highest
customer satisfaction.
